DNA links Tommy Poindexter Dunbar village trial

New criminal trial division?

UPDATE: No new talk of a new trial division. The meeting was more about criminal scheduling, calendar calls, arraignments, etc. New trial division? Maybe. Judge Colbath is the administrative judge for criminal. My understanding is he is weighing having another trial division vs. another regular criminal division. I’ll be at the meeting today at noon. DUI breath results suppressed in Broward
