Well, some of the predictions here came true. Here are the rotations effective 1/16/2009 unless otherwise stated:
CIRCUIT
Hafele will take Gerber’s civil division Div “AB” (rotation 11/12/2008)
Gerber will go to Criminal “V” on 11/3/2008
Abramson (yes, Judge Abramson) will take Stern’s civil division “AE”
Stern will take Amy Smith’s division in South County, Family, “FZ”
Smith will take Brown’s criminal “S” division
Brown will go to “TD”
Labarga and Hoy will switch – Division “AG” and “R”
Colbath and McSorley will switch – Division “FI” in north county and “W”
Krista Marx will remain in Divison “T” but it will have a mental health component. “T” will also be a second “TD” division.
The trial divisions are split up via 10th floor and the 11th floor.
COUNTY
Moyle will take Eissey’s division “B” Eissey is going to civil – Borras’ old spot
Borras will go to Gun Club
Martz will go to Hafele’s old spot in south county
Corlew will go to south county – Martz’s old spot
Corlew’s old division “M” will remain vacant or be handled by a senior judge or TD.
