Abramson’s response to Wennet’s appeal

Abramson’s brief states “By refusing to recognize an otherwise valid exercise of the right of a citizen to vote for the sake of sacred, unyielding adherence to statutory scripture, we would in effect nullify (the right to vote),” quoting a state Supreme Court ruling.

Why don’t they focus on this:

It was one continuing recount. The elections officials just had to figure out where the hell they put the freaking ballots.

    I just got my absentee ballot today. Wonder who I’m going to vote for, the real winner by 61 votes or the sore loser.
