Lt. Sandra Nealy charged in overtime fraud

Palm Beach County sheriff’s Lt. Sandra Nealy worked 120 hours of legitimate overtime but also was paid for another 715 hours by manipulating the system, according to the arrest report released Friday.

She also assigned shifts to at least 10 people without their knowledge or permission. The other six – Lt. George Behar, Lt. Darrin McCray, Sgt. Edy Velasquez, Sgt. Faulton Kemph, Sgt. John McCaffrey and Sgt. Kathy Dent – will be charged next week, prosecutors said.
