During this conference, both parties must disclose the documentary exhibits they will use at the evidentiary hearing. The parties must also disclose and exchange their witness lists. Additionally, all expert witnesses must be disclosed. During the case management conference, the following issues will be discussed:

· Scheduling of an evidentiary hearing;

· Arguments on legal claims that are not based upon facts in dispute;

· Resolution of disputes regarding information that was exchanged.
